We are so proud of KOS Sauna that is finally on the water and open after almost 2 years of work! 🔥

With Kate Butchart and Tom C. Varghese we are bringing the Norwegian approach to sauna to the US: Simplicity, closeness to nature and focus on affordability and community. Kos is a spacious and generous sauna just a few hours north of New York City, floating on the pristine Saratoga lake.

Utopic is part of this as both as the architectural designer and a partner in operations, strategy and community building.

With large bright spaces, gentle rocking from the waves and panoramic views of the lake it is designed to lower the threshold for people that has never tried winter swimming or sauna before. It creates a connection to nature I think few if any other US sauna can provide.
