Bjørnar speaks at Fensdagene
Fensdagene is a week long conference and citizen participation platform where government departments, mining companies, researchers and activists meet to discuss the implications and potentials of mining rare earth minerals. Bjørnar Skaar Haveland, founder of Utopic and General secretary of Europan Norway, held a lecture about how we are using Europan as a tool for challenging existing models for monofunctional industrial planning and as a tool for creating a better and more informed public discourse and a platform for citizen participation and industrial innovation.
